 The first carrot cake that I proved in Madrid was from MÜR Café. That cafe which is located near Plaza de España is known for brunch, carrot cake and guiness cake. I've been a fan of MÜR because of carrot cake since 2012, but recently I realized something has changed, maybe a recipe or ingredients, I'm not sure. So.... I started new journey to find the best carrot cake in Madrid. Just for curiosity, I tried carrot cake from Mercadona. It's 750g, can be served about 10 portions. 8.5euro. Basically less than 1 euro for a piece. I always surpried how spanish supermarket chain can make good quality of bakery comparing with korean one. Then this carrot cake became another example for this.  I didn't expect it much honestly maybe for a price that I paid.
